“ This place has quickly become my absolute go-to spot in Valdosta! I stop in pretty much every day after work for a cold beer, to unwind, and chat with the regulars. It's the perfect place to really get a feel for the town of Valdosta and meet some great locals. Shoutout to the bartender Tawny and server Brayle—they're both amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and always make you feel right at home. The food is seriously top-notch. I've tried the smash burger which was juicy and perfectly cooked with an overload of toppings, the burger steak, and the God, Grits, And Glory. Every single one was delicious with huge portions that leave you stuffed. You definitely won't be disappointed if you're hungry! Great vibes, solid drinks, and awesome staff. Highly recommend, no other bar compares to this one! ”

“ I recently visited Whiskey River Bad at 1703 Gornto Rd, in Valdosta, GA. I had a real nice experience go to this place for my first place. I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted and my drink order taken. It was taco Tuesday and I placed an order for a few tacos. I also got a side of Mac. The food was real good. And good bartender conversation. A nice place. ”

“ OK, look this bar, from the outside and some of the clientele can give you dive bar vibes. But if you give a place a chance, the food is really good. I had the salmon and it was perfect. The staff seems to be a little slower and not attentive however, if you really look into around, the bartenders are talking with locals even the chefs are coming out and seeing locals and giving them hugs. This is a locals bar and you have to respect that. But if you come in, you’re going to get good food, good drinks and a warm welcome from the staff. The open minded and give them a shot. ”
